What is Plaster Sand?

Plaster sand is simply dust free tiny size grained sand. Mainly natural and cheapest resource of sand is river and nowadays it reducing day by day. It is crushed stones into cubical shape particles to use for ready mix concrete and base material for road work. Plaster sand is of cubical shape and it is used for construction work, concreting, plastering etc.

Artificial sand is tiny small grained particles which are crushed and manufactured through all stages of artificial sand making machine.

Working Principle of Sand Making Machine
  • 1. Central feeding:Raw materials fall down into the feeding hopper, then enters the impellor through central entrance inlet, thus the material being accelerated by the high-speed impellor and being thrown out at the speed of 60-75m/s. It is crushed when hitting the impact plate, and the end products comes out from the discharging outlet.
  • 2. Ring feeding:Raw materials fall down into the feeding hopper, and the materials are divided into two parts by a special plate. Some materials enter the impellor through the center of the plate and the other part of materials falls down from outside of the plate. The materials thrown out earlier crush the materials down from outside, thus the materials crushed and re-crushed.

Due to adoption of Oil Lubrication system we had achieved so many benefits. It is common factor when such a heavy duty machine is running at a very high speed. Heat generation is unavoidable. If the temperature of bearings increases above certain level may damage it. With Oil Lubrication system positive Lubrication is achieved. In this system, we have made cool oil to be circulated in the bearing housing and hot oil is take out. Heat generated in the system is extracted by the lube oil. Hot oil is processed in Heat exchanger and is cooled. While cooling oil is also filtered which keep the bearings clean and cool. This all arrangements increases the bearing life and efficiency of the machine. One more big advantage of this system is the whole rotating body is kept floating which reduces the friction losses. Hence, machine becomes more efficient. The saving due to design criteria of our machine may not be noticeable still there is 3.5% saving in power charges.
